About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a leading contractor operating across Europe, we are looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators interested in working on large-scale mission critical projects based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive digital engineering team delivering high-spec projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate federated BIM models across disciplines and ensure clash-free design.
• Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and site teams to manage BIM deliverables from design through to construction.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure project compliance with client standards.
• Lead model reviews and perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and Solibri.
• Manage updates to models and ensure alignment with project timelines and sequencing.
• Provide technical support to on-site teams and promote BIM best practices.
• Assist with the integration of digital construction tools and processes, including 4D and 5D modelling.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar digital engineering role.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination software. Experience with BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Previous experience in mission critical sectors is preferred (e.g. data centres, pharma, cleanrooms, manufacturing, or similar highly regulated environments).
• Strong understanding of coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
