BMS Package Manager
12 month contract
Belgium - Hybrid role
Day Rate: €600 to €800 per day depending on expenses

Purpose: to manage the implementation & commissioning of BMS systems on a Data Centre project

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the BMS package delivery, including design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and client for all BMS-related matters.

• Review and validate BMS designs, specifications, and technical submittals.

• Coordinate BMS interfaces with MEP, IT, security, and other critical systems.

• Monitor programme schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of BMS milestones.

• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes in line with project and client requirements.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing BMS packages on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell).

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with commissioning processes and integrated system testing.

• Strong understanding of MEP interfaces and data centre operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Relevant BMS certifications or training.
