Their work blends technical excellence with forward-thinking digital construction practices.
Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for a BIM Coordinator ready to step up or an Intermediate BIM Manager looking to solidify their expertise in a dynamic environment. The role sits between coordination and management-supporting project delivery while helping shape and enforce BIM standards across teams. You'll be involved in both infrastructure and mission-critical projects, working closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure BIM processes are integrated throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure alignment with ISO 19650 where applicable
Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (civil, structural, MEP) and lead clash detection processes
Facilitate model federation and manage structured data within Common Data Environments (CDEs)
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and digital engineers to resolve coordination issues
Assist with 4D modelling, quantity take-off processes, and construction planning visuals
Help maintain and improve internal BIM standards and digital workflows
Mentor junior BIM team members and contribute to digital upskilling across the team
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in a BIM Coordinator or early BIM Manager role
Background in civil/infrastructure projects-roads, bridges, or similar
Experience with tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar CDEs)
Understanding of BIM protocols and standards (e.g., ISO 19650, NLRS is a bonus)
Comfortable working between site and office environments, with strong communication skills
Mission-critical project experience (e.g. data centres or pharma) is a strong advantage
