A leading specialist contractor delivering high-performance M&E solutions for mission-critical environments is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Regional Lead to oversee and grow operations across the North West of England.

The Role
As Regional Lead, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of M&E packages on technically demanding projects while playing a key role in the strategic development of the UK business. You will manage a small but growing team, maintain client relationships, and drive quality and performance across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the regional lead for M&E project delivery in the North West

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of projects (typically £100k to several £million)

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 direct reports

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

• Liaise with internal design and commercial teams to ensure project success

• Support business development and identify new opportunities

• Regular travel to client sites; ideally office-based once a week

• Proven experience delivering M&E packages on mission-critical projects

• Strong client-facing and commercial management skills

• Able to operate independently in a mobile, regional role

• Motivated, delivery-driven, and able to build trust with clients and colleagues

• Ideally based in the North West (Manchester / Liverpool region)
