We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Advisor to join our client's expanding team on major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany. Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best-in-class safety practices across the site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS plans and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards

  • Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards

  • Leading EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all site personnel

  • Investigating incidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions

  • Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and local authorities to promote a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and significant experience in the EHS field, specifically on large-scale construction projects:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an EHS role, preferably in data centres, pharma, or other mission-critical sectors

  • Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001 auditor, or equivalent)

  • Strong knowledge of German health and safety regulations and standards

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence site culture

  • Fluent in English; German language skills a strong advantage
