Electrical Lead CxA - Data Centre Commissioning (Dublin)

We are seeking a senior Electrical Lead / Lead Commissioning Authority (CxA) to take ownership of electrical commissioning activities on large-scale data centre projects in Dublin.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a self-sufficient professional who can plan, organise, and lead all electrical testing and commissioning activities without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Electrical Lead / Lead CxA across multiple data centre projects
• Plan, manage, and execute electrical commissioning from L0-L5
• Organise and lead testing, witnessing, and acceptance activities
• Coordinate commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure QA/QC compliance, documentation control, and issue resolution
• Provide clear reporting to senior management

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years' experience in data centre electrical commissioning
• Proven experience leading commissioning activities independently (no hand-holding)
• Strong knowledge of critical power systems: HV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear
• Experience acting as Lead Electrical CxA on live data centre projects
• Excellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
