We are seeking a Senior Project Planner with proven data centre experience to join our team and help deliver these critical projects on time and within budget.

The Role:
You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across multiple data centre projects in Europe. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and Contractors, you will ensure projects stay on track and risks are proactively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules for data centre construction projects using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Implement best practices in scheduling, resource planning, and earned value management.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across multiple countries to align project milestones.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on data centre projects - delivery of large-scale data centre builds is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; knowledge of Asta Powerproject is a plus.
• Experience with earned value management, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multi-country projects.
• Ability to travel to project sites across Europe as required.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
