What you'll be doing:

• Managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration on M&E packages

• Collaborating closely with project managers and clients from concept through to delivery

• Driving commercial performance while ensuring compliance and best practices

• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities across high-value life sciences projects

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in MEP or complex building services

• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

• Experience working on technically demanding environments is a plus
