What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking full commercial ownership of a large-scale MEP package

• Overseeing procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and contract management

• Working closely with the project team to ensure financial success from pre-con to final account

• Leading client communication and managing stakeholder expectations at a senior level

• Identifying risks and opportunities to protect margin and drive performance

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on MEP or complex building services

• A strong track record on large-scale or technically challenging construction projects

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Confident working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines

• Life sciences, healthcare, or cleanroom project experience is highly desirable
