Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Rotation: 10-4 or 3-1

Following the establishment of its European Business Unit in April last year, our client is now delivering 3 live projects and actively bidding on multiple new schemes. This is a rare opportunity to join a business with real momentum and clear plans for long-term, sustainable growth.

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing European commercial team, working on a flagship Data Centre project in Norway.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Commercial Lead with all commercial elements of the project
• Handle procurement, subcontractor accounts, and supplier packages
• Assist in variations, valuations, and downstreaming
• Contribute to CVR preparation and cost control
• Manage supply chain performance and commercial risk
• Think on your feet and collaborate with an experienced on-site team

Ideal candidate:

• 5+ year's experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with M&E subcontractor background
• Electrical knowledge preferred
• Honest, hardworking, and a proactive team player
• Strong communication and willingness to learn
• Trade-to-QS career paths welcomed
• Experience in Data Centre, Pharma, or Commercial sectors desirable
• Not essential to come from a main contractor background.
