Location: France (Regional Travel Required)

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of several data centre redevelopment and fit-out projects across the France region. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, working closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple data centre construction and redevelopment projects across France.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from design and planning through to delivery and handover.

• Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Drive progress against programme, ensuring milestones are achieved.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources, reporting regularly to senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements

• Experienced Senior Project Manager (or similar) in data centre or mission-critical construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction delivery, redevelopment projects, and fit-out works.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English; French language skills highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel across France as required.
