Project Manager

Role:

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Manage and motivate sub-contractors
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
• Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish
• All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' main contractor experience
• Experience of coordination of workshop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting/ Scheduling & Programming.
• Experience of commercial, residential, and / or fit out sectors is required
• Ability to work on own initiative

Travel when required to sites.
