Role Overview
The company is expanding due to increased project demand and is hiring commissioning and water treatment professionals to support multiple European data centre projects.
Commissioning (L2-L3 Focus)

• Primarily Level 2 & Level 3 commissioning
• Support on L4 and attendance at L5 when required
• Witnessing of testing activities for the end client (Commissioning Agent)
• Airflow rates, water flow rates, pressure testing, HVAC and hydronic system commissioning

Key Responsibilities

• Witness and validate commissioning works to client standards
• Review and problem-solve system performance (HVAC/hydronic systems)
• Analyse reports and troubleshoot via laptop-based diagnostics
• Primarily hands-off witnessing/validation rather than direct testing execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Manager with DC experience
• Professional, punctual, reliable
• Confident representing the company in client meetings
• Comfortable working across multiple European sites

Contract Details

• Contract preferred initially (6-12 months depending on site)
• Open to permanent long-term hires
• 10/4 rotation
• ~50 hours per week (10-hour days, Mon-Fri)
• Overtime possible (to be agreed)

Project Durations:

• Netherlands: 5-6 months
• Milan: 5-6 months
• Belgium: ~12 months
• Finland: ~2 months (starting May/June, pending approval)
