Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)

Location: Office-based in Milton Keynes

Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a desk-based role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries and issues are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

A strong command of French (business level - written and spoken) is essential, as you will be supporting customers based in France.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and issues primarily via email
  • Respond to customers in both French and English in a clear and professional manner
  • Investigate and coordinate solutions by liaising with internal teams
  • Accurately relay customer information to the relevant departments
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and follow up where required
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (business level - reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly via email
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple queries effectively
  • Comfortable working in a desk-based, office environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable

  • Experience supporting international customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing tools
