Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a desk-based role where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries and issues are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
A strong command of French (business level - written and spoken) is essential, as you will be supporting customers based in France.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and issues primarily via email
- Respond to customers in both French and English in a clear and professional manner
- Investigate and coordinate solutions by liaising with internal teams
- Accurately relay customer information to the relevant departments
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and follow up where required
- Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in French (business level - reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong written communication skills, particularly via email
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple queries effectively
- Comfortable working in a desk-based, office environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable
- Experience supporting international customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing tools
