Planner - Milano

We’re looking for an experienced Planner to join an established MEP contractor working on major projects in Milan.

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing project programmes, working closely with the Project Manager, engineers and site teams to keep the project on track.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
• Track progress against planned activities and key milestones
• Work with site teams to identify delays and potential risks
• Prepare progress updates and planning reports
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams
• Support recovery plans and programme updates where required
• Monitor resources, sequencing and project deadlines
• Attend planning/progress meetings with the client and project team

Experience required:

• Previous planning experience within MEP or construction
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Good understanding of construction programmes and project sequencing
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical experience is advantageous
• Strong English required; Italian would be beneficial
