Location: Grojec (35 minutes from Warsaw)

Our client is very well established in the Data Centre space, in the US & Europe markets – they have joined forces with another very well-known client and invested in a manufacturing centre in Poland. In this space, all manufacturing for the Data Centres will take place.
This job spec is inclusive of duties to include all areas, although some duties may not be listed, we also encourage a phone call with myself to explain the role and business in more detail as there is a lot of points which can’t transfer over a job spec!
Role Overview
The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting a culture of quality, safety, and environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) module fabrication and assembly. This role ensures adherence to internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks while driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams, the QHSE Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring products meet first-time quality expectations, are delivered safely, and comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Role Overview
The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting a culture of quality, safety, and environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) module fabrication and assembly. This role ensures adherence to internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks while driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams, the QHSE Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring products meet first-time quality expectations, are delivered safely, and comply with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of fabricated and assembled MEP modules to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Monitor key quality metrics including first-time quality, defect rates, rework, and customer punch list items.
- Participate in customer and third-party quality audits.
- Maintain calibration records for inspection and measurement equipment.
- Promote a proactive safety culture with a strong focus on incident prevention.
- Conduct safety inspections, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
- Support compliance with health & safety regulations and deliver employee training initiatives.
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning and environmental compliance activities.
- Monitor waste management, recycling processes, and handling of hazardous materials.
- Collect, analyse, and report QHSE performance data to support leadership decision-making.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal audits and maintain training, compliance, and documentation records.
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices within manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, or discrete manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of MEP systems or industrial construction environments is advantageous.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
- Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality documentation.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP or document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, or Manufacturing roles within a fabrication or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting modular construction, MEP systems, or industrial manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA 30 or equivalent) are preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CQIA or CQT are a plus.
