RPO Case Study​Executive Summary  Core Talent were approached by a leading global Automotive Supplier within Germany, who specialise in the EV market. The client had won a major project and received multi- million euros investment in order to quickly & effectively ramp up their engineering head count, this was critical to meeting the deadline of the projects.  The Solution After agreeing to collaborate, Core Talent designed a bespoke RPO Solution to include competitor analysis, salary benchmarking, a targeted headhunting campaign, extensive networking, and talent pipelining of both the permanent & Freiberufler market. These skills needed to be sourced and onboarded within 12 weeks.  ImplementationA team of three Core Talent Subject Matter experts was assigned to this project. Along with a dedicated Project Manager from the Board. 18 heads were delivered on budget and on time remaining fully compliant, this included the following:Functional/ Systems Safety Engineers Embedded Software DevelopersSystems EngineersElectronics Engineers Test Engineers Technical Project Managers  Value  As the collaboration was successful, the client hit their targets internally & went on to agree an additional RPO with us in the future. We received outstanding feedback from the client & continue to work with them now.
