A leading M&E contractor with a strong footprint in pharma, industrial, and infrastructure builds is now breaking into the hyperscale data centre market - with multiple wins already secured and more at tender.

This is your chance to lead quality on a greenfield data centre build from day one, helping define how the business delivers QA/QC across a growing pipeline of mission-critical projects.

The Role

You'll be the go-to for all electrical QA/QC responsibilities on a major €8 million package in Sweden. From day one, you'll establish processes, drive compliance, and ensure every installation meets the highest standards.

This isn't a box-ticking role. It's a hands-on leadership position where you'll influence delivery, collaborate with client and GC teams, and build a site culture that values quality from the ground up.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and test procedures
• Review and validate all redlines and installation documentation
• Track and report on quality metrics and performance throughout the build
• Lead snagging, punchlists, and close-out
• Support and lead GC/client walkdowns and audits
• Work closely with commissioning and handover teams
• Promote a quality-first mindset across subcontractors and crews

Role Requirements

• 5+ years' QA/QC experience on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects
• Electrical trade background
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, documentation, and compliance

• Experience auditing QA/QC systems
• Procore experience ideal (or strong Excel/QA tools skills)
• Excellent communicator - confident liaising with site teams, GCs, and clients
• Detail-driven with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
