HSE Opportunities - Data Centre Construction Projects

We are currently supporting major mission-critical data centre construction projects in Finland and are looking to strengthen the site HSE team with experienced professionals across multiple levels.

Open Positions

• 3 × HSE Advisors

• 2 × HSE Leads

• 2 × HSE Managers

Project Overview

These are large-scale, fast-paced mission-critical data centre builds, offering long-term work on technically complex and high-profile projects.

Key Requirements (All Roles)

• Proven experience on mission-critical projects (Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma, or similar highly regulated environments)

• Strong knowledge of EU HSE legislation and best practices

• Experience working on large construction sites with multiple contractors

• Ability to operate in an international, multicultural project environment

• EU Passport is essential (no visa sponsorship available)

• Willingness to work a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation in Finland

Role-Specific Expectations

HSE Advisor

• Site-based HSE support

• Inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

• Promoting a strong safety culture on site

HSE Lead

• Leading HSE activities across specific work packages or zones

• Managing advisors and coordinating with construction teams

• Driving compliance and continuous improvement

HSE Manager

• Overall responsibility for site HSE strategy and delivery

• Client and stakeholder interface

• Reporting, governance, and leadership of the HSE function
