Core Talent Recruitment’s Transport Division has taken steps to further establish itself as one of the UK’s leading agencies for recruitment in to the Automotive sector through being awarded Associate Membership status by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).
In order to become an Associate Member of the SMMT, Core Talent had to go through a rigorous application process and provide both references and testimonials from our Automotive clients.
The SMMT is the voice of the UK motor industry and one of the largest and most influential trade associations in the UK. The SMMT represents more than 800 Automotive companies in the UK and helps to support and promote the interests of the Automotive industry at home and abroad.
Core Talent’s Transport Division is well established with 11 Consultants that recruit across all white collar disciplines, helping source candidates to fill permanent, contract and interim assignments with a rich history of success in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing & Supply Chain and Sales. We have been successfully supporting Automotive, Aerospace and Rail OEM’s, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers with both large scale recruitment projects and niche headhunt campaigns for over 12 years.
Core Talent are proud to be the exclusive partner for numerous international Blue Chip manufacturers as well as market leading SME’s and are confident our membership will further enhance our levels of service to our clients. Following our Membership we have already successfully supported on several recruitment campaigns with existing members and offered invaluable market insights to non-members.
